This is an agreement between Gordon H. Karlsen (the "Artist") and you (the "Buyer").
By confirming an order, you indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Copyright and License
The Artist retains the full copyright for all of his artworks. The purchase of a print or painting or any other form of artwork by the Artist does not grant or transfer any copyright or license for use by the Buyer.
The Buyer acknowledges that he or she is not entitled to modify the original work of art (paintings, serigraphs, graphic work) in whole or in part.
Artwork Specifications
All artwork information is described on the product description, shown prior to purchase. The Artist will review the artwork specifications occasionally and reserves the right to amend the specifications of any artworks without prior notice.
The Artist endeavours to display and describe as accurately as possible the colours of the artwork which appear on his website or product descriptions, but cannot undertake to give any assurance that the colours of artworks supplied will match exactly those displayed on the Buyer's monitor, due to the nature of differently calibrated monitor displays available in the market.
All images are tested and proofed by the Artist to ensure accurate colour representation of the artwork.
Payment
Orders will not be processed until payment has been fully cleared.
